Following defeat the previous week away to Jc Tackleway, last Saturday March 12 Rye Bay looked to bounce back as they travelled away to Chiddingstone to face Weald Wolves U13/U14 in the Combination Division league encounter.
A hat trick by Charlie Day, and a goal from man of the match Will Beard, saw Rye Bay recover from 2-3 down at half time to record victory, winning the match 4-3 in an exciting game.
The Rye Bay Team were Layton Andrews, Will Beard, Charlie Day, Adam Freeman, Joe Hughes, Billy Kirkham, Spencer Milton, Dominic Nicholas, Bradley Paine, Cijay Vickerman, and Liam Wearing
This Saturday March 19 sees Rye Bay travel away again this time to the Ashurst and Blackham Sports Ground to face Langton Green Warriors in the U13/U14 Combination Division with the match kicking off at 10:30am.
