The 54th annual exhibition of new work by local artists, members of the Tuesday Painters Club, gets under way on Friday August 18 at 3pm, writes Kenneth Bird. It will be held at St Mary's Centre in Lion Street and is open till August 28. It is hoped that club president, Dr Richard Baines, will again open the show as in previous years.
