Learn with Laura, and its back to school on September 15 for Laura’s dance class. From ballet to burlesque and from street to show numbers - all genres are taught in these fun sessions. With great music and beneficial exercise (good for toning and strengthening) and, even better, you can make new some friends whilst learning professional looking routines, writes Lorna Hall.

The classes take place at Harbour Health in New Winchelsea Road, Rye every Tuesday and Thursday morning,  9:30am–10:30am and the sessions are suitable for all abilities and any age. Dance experience absolutely not necessary. Call Laura on 07527 105352 for more details and information on free taster sessions or just turn up. Some of Laura's pupils have taken part in surprise flash mobs around Rye, but this is definitely not obligatory.
