Huge thanks to the local photographers who have shared their amazing pictures of the aurora that created such amazing colours in the night sky around Rye on Friday May 10 and Saturday May 11.

Our main picture is of the iconic St Thomas Becket Church at Fairfield on the Romney Marsh. It was taken by Mark Hardy, as was this photo.
