The story of troubled designer Alexander McQueen is new this week, together with French romantic thriller L'Amant Double and – with special resonance for Rye residents hailing from Kent – The Bromley Boys, a feel-good comedy set in the 1970s and starring Martine McCutcheon and Alan Davies.
This week, a double treat of Sir Simon Rattle's farewell concert with the Berlin Philharmoniker, and Glyndebourne kicks off with Madama Butterfly. Look out next week for an encore performance of Swan Lake from the Royal Opera House.
