We reported, in December, on new group swimming coaching at the Rye Sports Centre. It has now been confirmed that regular sessions will commence on Wednesday January 17 and swimmers of all standards are welcome. The adult session start at 7pm and this is preceded by a children's class which begins at 6pm. The cost is £6, which includes entry into the pool. Coaching will be carried out by Hazel Fulker and her team, who are all qualified coaches. Please note that this is in addition to, and not connected with the 7-day free use of the Sports Centre also announced in this issue If swimming is not your thing, but you want to be helped to achieve an improved level of fitness, spinning classes will be starting soon.
