Students donations appeal for Ukraine

Rye College's Year 7 students have this week coordinated a donations appeal for families affected by the current crisis in Ukraine.Asking for donations of essential items such as toiletries, baby products, clothes, blankets, camping mats, and pet food, they have been overwhelmed by the generosity and kindness of our families, local businesses, and the surrounding community.These items are now on their way to those in need and pupils will now be focusing their fund-raising efforts next week on their Rye College Bake Off Challenge - running a cake sale and competition with students and staff to raise money to send via a registered charity.
