Icklesham Ladies Stoolball Club braved the weather on Sunday 13 September with their re-arranged ladies tournament. Five teams entered - Robertsbridge, Brightling, Pett and two teams from Icklesham. The tournament was played on a round robin basis with all the games being closely contested. Icklesham Vixens even tied their match with Robertsbridge.

The tournament was finally won by Robertsbridge. The runners up place went to Brightling, on a run difference basis between Pett and Icklesham Vixens. Individual trophies were awarded to Sarah Hermitage (Brightling) for most runs, Tamsin Hefferman (Icklesham Vixens) for most catches and Hannah Young (Icklesham Cats) and Tamsin Hefferman (Icklesham Vixens) for most wickets.

Pett (right) truly entered into the friendly spirit of the day by playing the entire tournament in fancy dress, which is fast becoming an end of season tradition for them.
