A slow way to be healthy

Some sports are fast, but others rely on slow movements - and tai chi is not just a sport, but also a way of keeping fit and healthy - for all ages

Earlier this year Viktor started classes in tai chi and the qigong discipline which promotes good health through slow movement - and so may appeal to all ages in supporting or regaining their good health.

There are classes on Mondays and Tuesdays at 11:30 am at St Mary’s Centre (next to the Kino in Lion Street, or on Sundays at 10am outside, but please register as capacity may be limited by telephoning 01797 222318 (Anne) or 07835507080 (Viktor) or emailing him at viktor8taichi@gmail.com

There are no age limits and it may be a very appropriate way for some people to fix their health problems.
