On Saturday, August 10 at 12:30pm, the colourful bunting will be out, stalls up for this years, Winchelsea Summer Fete & Fun Dog show.

The highlight of the afternoon will be the fun dog show which attracts a large number of entries across a variety of categories.

The cricket field will be alive with a brass band, coconut stall, and a large variety of other stalls offering a wide range of lovely goods. Medieval games will add some extra gaiety with wonderful period costumes, meet the colourful jester, and temptations such as the human fruit machine.

The Pimm's bar, barbecue, delicious homemade cake, teas, and much more, will meet the traditional refreshment needs of what has been frequently described as "a quintessentially English village fete".

Many local charities benefit from this fete, so please come along and support this wonderful event.
