Local resident Pam Buxton’s new novel, Claire’s Story, will be out on April 30, writes Heidi Foster. A private launch event at Rye Bookshop on May 4 will be followed the next day May 5 by a public book signing from 10:30am to 12:30pm. Although some characters appeared in her first book, A Different Kind of Life, Claire’s Story is not a sequel, but a connected story.
