Shortly after 1:30pm on Christmas Eve (Saturday, December 24) Sussex police officers attended the car park at Station Approach, Rye, where a man in his late 60s had collapsed between two cars after having apparently suffered a heart attack.
Despite efforts to revive the casualty using CPR and a defibrillator the man sadly died.
