Last Friday in a service at St John's church, Hollington in Hastings, the Rev. Graham Atfield was licensed as chaplain to the Conquest Hospital.
He had actually taken up his full time position several months previously after serving as an assistant vicar to Canon David Frost in the Rye team ministry for several years.
He also currently serves as a member of the East Sussex Police Chaplaincy.
