Detectives investigating a sexual assault on a train between Ashford International and Rye have released an image of a man they would like to question.

The victim, who was travelling to Camber Sands with three friends, was assaulted whilst standing on the service between the two stations at about 11:30am on Saturday, May 27. When the train arrived at Rye, the man put on a black surgical mask and ran out of the station.

Detectives believe the man in the image may have information which could help their investigation.
