Tongswood Chamber Choir will be giving an a cappella concert by the fire in the Great Hall at Great Dixter House in Northiam, on Saturday afternoon, February 18 at 3:00pm. Songs will include Love Among the Roses, It was a Lover and his Lass, and O Mistress Mine, arranged to the music of Orlando Gibbons, Elgar, Parry, Matthew Harris and others.
The choir is very kindly giving this concert as a fundraiser for the Great Dixter Charitable Trust. All tickets have been sold but you can try the waiting list: friends@greatdixter.co.uk
The winter opening of the Great Dixter garden, nursery and shop is next weekend, Saturday 25, Sunday February26, Saturday March4 and Sunday March 5 from 10am to 4pm. Entry £5.00 for adults, children free.
