Ethel Loves Me on the High Street is hosting an evening focused on the menopause on October 10 from 6:30pm.
The evening includes a carousel of workshops and presentations including:
- Survive and Thrive At Menopause (pre- peri- post-), a short and informal talk with Founder, Jane Midwinter of Hot Women At Menopause
- Creating Calm through Clay, a hands-on workshop with Ceramic Artist Liz Bewley
- Ageless Goddesses Restore the Balance, ‘a helicopter view of life’ exercise, with Education Coach, Jane Midwinter
- A taste of Surya Yoga for Women’s Health, with Yoga Alliance Teacher and Menopause Trained Nurse, Paula Stevens
- Naturally Healthy, Naturally Beautiful, a natural approach to menopause with Georgina Woods, owner of Rye Health Store
Tickets are available from Ethel loves me at £25 or £20 for bookings before October 1 and include a goody bag and light refreshments. Participants should wear comfortable clothing.
