H2H (Here to Help) is a valuable voluntary service which provides short term help and support (around six weeks) to those who are housebound, may be just out of hospital, and are not very mobile.
Helpers are being sought in the parishes of Iden, Playden, Rye Foreign, Peasmarsh, Winchelsea, Udimore, Icklesham, Camber, East Guldeford and Rye by our local Rye Winchelsea and District Memorial Hospital.
The help volunteers provide might include shopping, collecting prescriptions, making phone calls, and generally supplying non-medical help and support.
