For the fourth year running the Heritage Centre has received a Certificate of Excellence award from Trip Advisor, writes John Minter. Since the Tourist Information Centre was disbanded, the Heritage Centre is the first port of call for many visitors. Packed with information about the town and surrounding area, it also, of course, contains the wonderful town model and is a good introduction to all those coming here for the first time.
