Hastings Advice and Representation Centre (HARC) is a local charity of over 30 years standing offering free welfare benefit advice, information and support to all residents of Hastings and the whole of Rother.
Whether a full check is required to see if there is any extra benefit help available, help needed with completing applications, or support required to appeal wrong decisions, HARC is here to help, and is fully operational during the lockdown and beyond.
