As part of the "Chances for Change" project commissioned by East Sussex County Council, Sam Stone from Rother Voluntary Action (RVA) will be delivering some local health focused events.
The first event is in the hall at the Tilling Green Community Centre on Tuesday February 16 from 12 noon until 2pm and various activities will be on offer including table tennis.
The idea is for local families to access a fun event, but also anyone within the local community who is interested in finding out about local "Healthy Lifestyle" groups and gyms are welcome to attend.
