On Thursday, March 10, at 7:30pm  a talk will take place at the East Street museum, given by Imogen Corrigan and entitled “The Green Man in English Churches”, writes Ray Prewer. Imogen makes a welcome return to discuss how the image may have evolved from pagan and classical times and what its purpose may have been.

There will be refreshments available and a raffle. Tickets are priced at £2 for museum members and £3 for guests. You can turn up and pay at the door.
