Northiam and Broad Oak GP surgery has won the top accolade for GP surgeries in England. NHS England sends a questionnaire to households all over England asking for feedback from patients about their experience of their local surgeries. Questions such as helpfulness of receptionists, speed of dispensary, ease of making appointments. In each category Northiam/Broad Oak scored the highest. As a patient at Broad Oak I know what an excellent service I receive and I am not surprised at their success.
