Fun day for the Brownies

This Saturday August 26, 1st Rye Brownies are hosting a fun day at the Tilling Green Community Centre from 12 until 4pm, writes Emily Hall. The funds raised from the event are going towards a sleepover at half term and an outing during the Christmas holiday, a cost of around £400 to the unit overall. There will be a range of things to do for all the family, including a tombola, bouncy castle, face painting, dance, items for sale, a live barn owl to hold and be photographed with, and refreshments.  Photo : Rye News Library
