Flower Workshop

oin Maisie from Blooming Roza, who you may have seen selling her gorgeous blooms at our Rye Classics events, for a two-and-a-half-hour workshop at the Aubrey Halls in Rye, on Saturday 11 July from 1pm.

Unwind, get creative, and immerse yourself in the beauty of local, seasonal blooms. Whether you are a complete beginner, a flower enthusiast, or a bride-to-be looking to DIY your own wedding flowers, this hands-on workshop is the perfect creative escape. Led by a professional florist, you will learn the step-by-step techniques to create a stunning, hand-tied bouquet.

Time: 1pm to 3.30pm (2.5 hours) Price: £40 per person Age: 18+ only

What You’ll Learn & Do:

• The Inside Scoop on Conditioning: Learn the industry secrets to preparing your stems so they look flawless and last as long as possible.

• The Spiral Technique: Master the classic hand-tied bouquet method used by top florists.

• Design & Structure: Learn how to balance colour, texture, and form to create a beautifully balanced arrangement.

What’s Included:

• An abundance of beautiful blooms valued at £35 plus all necessary sundries. All flowers are sourced directly from farms in East Sussex and Kent. Wrapping and hydration moss is provided.

• Use of all necessary professional tools, workshop scissors, and equipment.

• Your own beautiful, custom bouquet to take home and enjoy!
