Once again, local firemen will be raising funds for the Fire Fighters Charity on Christmas Day, by getting Santa to deliver parcels writes Charles Harkness.
Parcels should be left at the fire station by the Ferry Road level crossing on Christmas Eve between 9am and 3pm and they will be delivered on Christmas morning.
Delivery charge is £2 for each parcel and they will be delivered in the area covered by Rye, Rye Harbour, Winchelsea and Winchelsea Beach, Playden, Iden and Camber. Photo: Rye News Library
