Beckley History Society; Friday 22nd March at 8pm in the Beckley Village Centre, Main Street, Beckley The industrial revolution; why did it take place in 18th Century England?The society will be holding a talk on the most important topic of economic history. Doors open just before 8pm, the talk and questions will take an hour or so. Open to non-members at £3.00, cash only.
