- Hall bookings & hires
- Invoicing
- Oversee our admin - emails, hire diary, funding applications
- Keeping the hall looking tidy - outside areas
- Low level maintenance & gardening
- Opening & closing for hirers - show arounds for potential hirers
- Website content & updates
- Social media content & updates
