On Saturday, July 30, from 2pm, the Rye Art Gallery (RAG) has invited five artists to paint in various corners of the gallery, as well as in the outside space at the back which should be an interesting experiment. Refreshments will be available and hopefully it will not rain. Previously, on July 16, RAG already showcased three artists at work, which was enjoyed by visitors.
The five artists who will be showcasing their work and painting (Karl Terry, Georgie Watson, Clare Mitchell, Brian Oxley, Sally Cole, Tom Marsh), will be happy to talk to visitors about their art. This will be a great opportunity to watch this wonderful creative group whilst at the same time being able look at the exhibition in the gallery, which will have their art as well as other artists displayed.
