Rye's Country Market is due to re-open this Friday, March 6, in the Rye Community Centre in Conduit Hill from 10am to 11:30am and an orderly queue usually forms in the seats outside the hall in the foyer from 9:45am onwards.
At this time of year spring flowers should be available, but the range of vegetables may depend on the weather. The cakes however will be as wide ranging as usual along with jams and sauces that may have been worked on over the winter months.
