Celebrating St George's Day

This year’s St George’s Day celebration will take place this Sunday April 23. A parade (shown above) of former servicemen and present-day youth organisations will start from Adams in the High Street at 10.15am, passing Rye Town Hall where the Mayor will take the salute, and processing to St Mary’s Church for the civic service commencing at 10:30am.   Source: Churches Together.
