This weekend hopefully sees the return to football for Icklesham Casuals, as their 1st and 2nd team are in action, whilst Beckley are hit with another postponement. Dan Lake reports
After a long break due to weather disruptions, this Saturday, February 13 Icklesham Casuals look to get their season under way again, as they travel away to face Peasmarsh, whilst the 2nd team host Sedlescombe Rangers 3rd team with both games kicking off at 2pm.
Whilst Icklesham hopefully get their season going again, Beckley Rangers Eagles haven't had much luck, after their semi final encounter against Sedlescombe Rangers was again postponed due to a water logged pitch. The fixture has now been switched home to Beckley on Sunday February 21 with kick off at 10am.
Once again the magnificent Winchelsea Christmas will light up on Saturday 13th December at 4.30 p.m. With over 30 decorated themed windows, they will stay lit every evening
