Join us for Cars of Character, Tiger Johnson’s new car gathering, at Aubrey Halls on Sunday 23 August from 10am, with our favourite pop-up coffee shop, Cafe Elise. This is not your standard car meet. This is a celebration of the interesting, unusual, overlooked and unexpected. The cars that spark conversation, turn heads for all the right reasons, and come with stories worth telling. From forgotten classics and quirky daily drivers to rare oddities, automotive underdogs and machines with fascinating histories, this is a meet for cars that stand apart from the crowd. If your car makes people stop and ask questions, it belongs here. Whether it’s a rare survivor, an underrated modern classic, an obscure import, a family heirloom, a one-off specification, or simply something wonderfully strange, we want to see it. No vehicle age restrictions or requirements. If it’s unusual, it belongs here. Just bring something with character. Car parking tickets must be pre-booked for entry using the link below. All pedestrians go free. What To Expect: Up to 75 unusual cars of character from across the ages. The Cafe Elise pop-up Lotus Elise coffee shop, Mermaid Street Cafe breakfast, ice cream, dogs, and more. About Tiger: Tiger Johnson is a 22-year-old Gen Z automotive content creator who has built a loyal following by blending high-energy car culture with a distinct, cinematic aesthetic. She is particularly well-known for her deep appreciation of ‘character-driven’ vehicles, most notably her viral advocacy for the Suzuki Jimny, which she often portrays as a refreshing, soulful alternative to modern, over-engineered SUVs. Pipped by Chris Harris as ‘the next best thing’ in the automotive industry. |
