Staff at Edinburgh Woollen Mill in the High Street are joining others in many different places on 26 September to fund-raise for cancer carer Macmillan as part of the biggest coffee morning in the world.
Staff at the Edinburgh Woollen Mill on Rye High Street are holding a coffee morning and cake sale on Friday September 26, writes Rachael Elsey. Starting at 9:30am and continuing till midday, all proceeds will be donated to Macmillan Cancer Support. This is just one of several similar events in the area (such as Ferry Road surgery's coffee morning from 10am-12pm) as the charity aims to create the biggest coffee morning in the world. Macmillan supports cancer sufferers and their families at a very difficult time and at every stage, from initial diagnosis and through treatment. Everyone is invited to come along and help raise much needed funds for a great cause.
