Calling all Rye expats

Tell your story - wherever you are in the world - in Rye News

Calling all Rye expats

Every week thousands of people get an email from Rye News with details in this week's paper. A lot go to locals in Rye and East Sussex, the weekly reminder to check out Rye's local paper to see what's been happening in town and find out who's saying what about whom.

A good chunk of this email dispatch goes abroad, and often we get replies from people commenting on a story or sharing a memory even when they're reading Rye News in far away places. We've published a few recently too, from Canada and Australia - but we'd like to share more with our readers.

So if you're reading Rye News in a far away country, get in touch. What's your connection with Rye? Why is Rye so special to you? What do you love about our town and what do you miss when you're back home?

You could be an expat living in New Zealand, a local working in South Africa, a Rye retiree now living in the Caribbean, or anywhere really. Azerbaijan? Angola? Surinam? Sweden? Tuvalu? Tibet?

Our email is info@ryenews.org.uk or leave a comment below and we'll get in touch.
