As usual the firefighters at Rye Fire Station (to be found near the Ferry Road level crossing) will be delivering presents on Christmas Day in Rye, Rye Harbour, Winchelsea Town and Beach, Playden, Iden and Camber.
The cost is £2.50 per parcel which goes to the Firefighters Charity and parcels can be left at Rye Fire Station on Christmas Eve, Tuesday December 24, from 9am until 3pm.
