Among the local farms leading the way for locally produced for local consumers is Lime Tree Farm near Brookland.
A family-run farm, they have taken Halloween to a new level. Pumpkins of all shapes and sizes are there to choose from and the smiling faces are evidence it is a fun family outing.
Bats and spiders and free-roaming turkeys are added attractions, alongside the pumpkins, squash, and amazingly shaped gourds.
It’s eco-friendly and fun.
