There are lots of super talented artists and crafters in and around Rye. We felt the need was there to create a regular space to sell and showcase their work.
Following our successful event in April, which raised £1,500 for the Rye Community Centre, our second Rye Arts and Crafts Fair is on this Saturday, July 29.
The response for stalls has been amazing, indeed all tables were taken quickly. We have a fabulous mix of media, from illustrators to writers, stained glass to ceramics, woodwork to knitting. Something for everybody I’m sure!
Adding to the day, will be the amazing Hamalots pop up kitchen with their medieval style BBQ, selling various hot foods, plus the knowledge that much-needed funds are being raised for our community centre.
