An innovative new plug-and-play laundry unit has been installed at Jempson's. It does the laundry for you while you shop for your paper, bread and milk and tonight's dinner. You don't have to worry about the time as you will receive a text five minutes before your wash is due to finish.
The service is completely cashless and includes ecological detergent and other options you might want for your washing. Prices range from £5 for a 9kg wash, from £10 for 20kg and from £3 for drying. Prices depend on options you can choose such as adding softener.
The service is available on a self-service basis 24 hours. An engineer visits the site regularly and runs maintenance checks. The system provides 24/7 customer support.
An app is apparently also due but at the time of writing doesn't seem available just yet.
What's not to like? This is sure to be popular with visitors especially visiting yachtsmen. Good as well for locals.
